Welker, an expert in enterprise software solutions, joins MedicaSoft after 7 years with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), where he served as Strategic Innovation Portfolio Manager and previously as Chief Architect for the Veterans Health Information Systems and Technology Architecture (VistA) Electronic Health Record system.

Additionally, he made foundational contributions to the architecture of VA systems for healthcare and benefits.

O'Neill, an expert in the introduction of new technologies to care environments, joins MedicaSoft after three years with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), where he was Senior Advisor and member of the VA Center for Innovation founding team.
